33rd Annual Westcott Street Cultural Fair (WSCF)
Sunday, September 28, 2025, Kicks off festivities with a traditional parade at 12 noon. Entertainment 12:30 – 6:30 p.m. along the 500 block of Westcott St. and several side streets. With 6 stages, the WSCF offers an impressive lineup for fans of local music and dance. Performances include SAMMY Award-winning rock, blues, and funk groups, multicultural dance groups, and belly dancing. The children’s stage features magicians, storytellers, and musicians.

More than 140 booths will line the streets. Many feature vendors of handmade items including jewelry, pottery, clothing, candles, soaps, and more. Additionally, non-profit groups, government agencies, and others will host tables that provide information and advocate for important issues.

The mission of the WSCF is to promote a strong sense of community among the diverse people who live and work in the Westcott neighborhood. A powerful heart beats in the Westcott community; we can’t wait to see that demonstrated when the streets are filled once again!
“This is my favorite city festival of all!” says neighborhood resident, Paul Otteson. “It’s rich with color, energy, and cool people, and there are amazing performances wherever you turn.”
Petit Branch Library for the month of September has a display of Westcott Street Cultural Fair memorabilia going back 3 decades from past fairs.

PARKING: Westcott St Fairgrounds will be closed to traffic on Sunday, September 28,
9 am-8 pm. Please observe parking signs. “Odd/Even Street Parking is strictly enforced. Violators will be ticketed or TOWED! Additional parking may be available in Thornden Park.
