 Announcing the 2025 Big Shrimp Halloween Extravaganza! 

This year, we’re switchin’ things up and bringing the madness to Syracuse! Join us at Funk ‘n Waffles on October 25th for a night to remember.

As always, expect two sets, a costume contest, and a secret theme that won’t be revealed until showtime.

Now in its 8th consecutive year, the Halloween Extravaganza is produced by Sage Entertainment and originally launched as a Baked Shrimp headlined event before passing along the tradition to Big Shrimp. After three amazing years in Albany, we’re excited to bring this spectacle to a new city.

The Extravaganza is known for going above and beyond—full-blown production, elaborate storytelling, costume changes, art props, and thematic surprises. From re-creating Spinal Tap, to playing all improvised material behind a Creature from the Black Lagoon film, to adding full horn sections, this isn’t just a show—it’s an experience.
