We’re a 5 piece, force feeding nostalgia whether you like it or not. Playing the hits you thought you had forgotten (for good reason) and relentlessly bringing you back with originals that speak to a simpler time. A tinge of teen spirit, a splash of super soaked savage garden… Ya best just pop on a fresh pair of JNCO’s, and put the beeper on silent. When you’re with the Calamity, it’s bound to be the bomb diggity, no doubt. After releasing the album "Zen In Denim" in 2024, the band began an onslaught of shows exposing audiences to their smirk worthy sensibilities. A group who share a familiarity in living that resonates with the listener through lyrics that feel as though they've been stolen from your subconscious. Our sardonic glaze, a snickered malaise, somehow bring smiles to your face.. Because we all can relate.
