DESCRIPTION:Come hear the MESSIAH with MasterWorks Chorale as part of their Diamond Jubilee Year Celebration!\nMasterWorks Chorale performs the Christmas section of Handel’s MESSIAH every year.This year\, we will be performing at WATERMAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL\, SKANEATELES with a small chamber orchestra on SUNDAY\, NOVEMBER 9.\nWe would like to invite anyone who interested to join us for this wonderful tradition. Interested singers should contact us (info@masterworkscny.org) so we can make accommodations for rehearsals and the performance.\nWe look forward to welcoming any who would like to sing with us!Information regarding rehearsals and the performance is listed below.\nThere are several options for participating:\n1. For participants who need to learn\, or review the music — We will be rehearsing the choruses Tuesdays\, October 21\, 28 and November 4 from 7 to 8 pm at our rehearsals.\n2. For participants who may be already familiar with the choruses — Join us for a combined rehearsal with the orchestra on Friday\, November 7 from 7 to 8 pm. (This is a required rehearsal for all participants to plan for seating\, etc.)\n3. Anyone who has sung the “Hallelujah” chorus will be invited to join us on the Finale at the concert.\n4. We will use the Schirmer edition of the Messiah score\, available new from Amazon for $9\, and is also available used from other vendors.\n5.
