SUMMARY:F.I.R.E Fest 2026
DESCRIPTION:F.I.R.E. (females inspire\, rock\, empower) Festival promotes women in all things. Started in October 2022\, this festival has grown to include more than 200 artists\, musicians\, vendors and dancers throughout Central New York and beyond. By filling rooms with female creators of all types\, this festival hopes to inspire women – and all people – to do what they love. \n\nThis event will also benefit Vera House by raising funds\, awareness and goods for the organization. \n*Vera House donations can be brought to the event. SUMMARY:9th Annual Girls Weekend Getaway
DESCRIPTION:9 years!!!! Can you believe it? And it’s all because of YOU!\nOur theme this year will be HORROR Movie. Think classic or vintage horror movies!\nWe will be doing a Murder Mystery dinner on Saturday\, and we encourage you all to dress up as we will announce the best dressed during dinner. For your after-dinner delight lol we are happy to announce that Hunks the Show will be returning on Saturday. The amazing Amber Skyy Drag Show will be on Friday night and our DJ Kaos\, Chip Metzler will be entertaining us with music both nights until midnight!\nNEW this year we are doing a scavenger hunt\, and we will post more details on that once we are closer to event.\nYOU MUST BE 21 or older & NO KIDS ALLOWED!!! LADIES ONLY unless you are a vendor or entertainer!!! The hotel is not closed to only us so there will be other guests at hotel that may be men or children however they will not have access to the private vendor areas or the private show areas. This event is NOT open to the public and you MUST purchase a room package to attend with us NOT the hotel.You will not gain access to any of the GW festivities if you book through the hotel so do NOT call them you MUST email us at helpinghandsmic@gmail.com for reservations or call us at 315-529-4893. Contact us for all the pricing information.\nCheck in begins at 4pm Friday and checkout is at 12pm on Sunday There will be only 2 -night packages available as this is per the request of the hotel in order for us to keep the cost reasonable and affordable.Shopping with vendors will be 3:30pm-7:00pm on Friday and 9:30am-3pm on Saturday. Private room vendors may vend as early as 3pm on Friday and go as late as they choose so long as they at least do our required hours.Each guest will receive a goody bag with an event t-shirt\, a vendor passport to get initialed by all vendors to be entered into a giveaway\, extra garbage bags to help with room cleanup & a weekend itinerary(room captain bag only)\, a list where all vendors will be located\, a special sweet treat from Sam & Deb as a thank you for attending our event\, a vendor vote card for best decorated vendor in theme contest\, a suggestion card\, a pen\, wrist bands for all shows\, and an ID badge which you MUST wear at all times in order to receive GW services and to be allowed into shows and to get meals. Each room will receive a pepperoni\, cheese\, & cracker plate.Breakfast is included & will be served both Saturday & Sunday mornings from 6:00am-9:45am in the dining room.Dinner is also included; we will be doing a taco bar buffet on Friday from 5:30-6:30pm & Murder Mystery dinner buffet on Saturday from 5pm-8pm.It’s highly recommended you make appointments in advance as much as possible with all vendors doing classes\, games\, or providing a service and be mindful of all entertainment and show times as wells mealtimes when making appointments. We will post a list of all service vendors and classes once we have all info.You will NOT be refunded if you cancel less than 4 weeks from event unless WE cancel the event. Deposit is NON_REFUNDABLE!After March 1st if you have anyone drop out and replace with another\, we can’t guarantee them a shirt\, but we always do our best to get them one.Check out is 12am on Sunday.
