Visit our local artisan vendors\, grab some delicious food\, and join in some harvest games. We’ll do some old fashioned grape stomping\, give Estate tours\, and we’ll even have a pie eating contest.\nAdmission is Free.\nFor those wishing to be part of our Grape Picking Party\, we will start at 9 am sharp. DESCRIPTION:Solomon Hicks the 28-year-old guitar phenom from New York City [Guitarist\, Vocalist\, and Composer] invested in music from a very young age and started playing guitar at six years old. Growing up in Harlem he was constantly surrounded by music. Solomon witnessed performances that made a significant impact on his ambitions as a musician and he says: “When you’re around good musicians\, it gives you that spark. “Being around those types of musicians also taught me to NOT be the fastest guitar player.\n\n\nI wanted to be the one who knew the most riffs and drew on a lot of knowledge so I could play anything and with anyone. Solomon won the 2021 Blues Music Awards for Best Emerging Artist for his 2020 CD release\, Harlem on Provogue Records. The set\, produced/recorded by multiple Grammy Award winner Kirk Yano (Miles Davis\, Public Enemy\, Mariah Carey)\, showcases Hicks as a writer\, player and interpreter.\n\n\nHe was WXPN’s “Artist To Watch” for August 2020\, His original song “421 SouthMain” made the Top 20 Blues Songs of 2020 on Spotify\, and the song “What the Devil Loves” still gets spins on “Sirrus Bluesville” Radio. Has performed on KISS Kruise V\, Joe Bonamassa’s Blues Alive at Sea [2017 & 2019]. He’s shared stages with Buddy Guy\, Samantha Fish\, Tony Bennett\, Jeff Beck\, Ringo Starr\, Jimmie Vaughn\, Beth Hart\, Mavis Staples\, Robert Cray\, Eric Gales\, Norman Nardini\, and many others. He is a member of the Blues Foundation in Memphis\,\n\n\nSolomon has been judged the IBC’s in Memphis [International Blues Challenge] being a supporter of young Musicians and The Blues Foundation. DESCRIPTION:Free Concert | Doors open at 7:00 PM\nWilliam Kanengiser has forged a career that expands the possibilities of the classical guitar. A prize-winner in major competitions (1987 Concert Artists Guild International Competition\, Toronto Guitar ’81) he has toured throughout North America\, Asia\, and Europe with his innovative programs and expressive musicianship.\nAs a founding member of the Los Angeles Guitar Quartet\, William Kanengiser has given hundreds of recitals and concerto appearances around the world\, and has recorded over a dozen releases. Their Telarc release “LAGQ Latin” was nominated for a GRAMMY®\, and it was their Telarc title “LAGQ’S Guitar Heroes” which won a GRAMMY® in 2005 as the best classical crossover recording. Most recently\, their recording of the title work on Pat Metheny’s “Road to the Sun” hit #1 on the Apple Music Classical chart.\nHe recorded four CD’s for the GSP label\, playing music as diverse as Caribbean\, Eastern European\, and jazz. A member of the guitar faculty at the USC Thornton School of Music since 1983\, he has given master classes around the world and produced two instructional videos.\n\nA prolific arranger\, he has created dozens of transcriptions for solo guitar and guitar quartet\, and composed a number of works for four guitars. In 2009 he created the stage production “The Illustrious Gentleman Don Quixote” for narrator and guitar quartet\, writing the stage script and adapting music from the Spanish Renaissance. DESCRIPTION:Masterful harmonies and soulful arrangements…\nSeasoned solo performers Dan Berggren\, Peggy Lynn\, and Dan Duggan have combined talents to create the dynamic trio\, Jamcrackers\, named in honor of the river drivers who broke up log jams. They worked hard to find solutions\, to get things rolling again\, and it was a job that couldn’t be done alone. Dan\, Peggy\, and Dan feel the same way about their music. These good friends and accomplished musicians bring a rare blend of humor\, history\, and musical spirit to their performances.\nDan Berggren is one of the finest songwriters in the Northeast. He has received both the President’s Award for Excellence in Teaching and the New York State Outdoor Education Association Art and Literature Award. Dan has released six recordings of original songs: Adirondack Green\, Sitting in Your Kitchen\, Mountain Air\, Now Please Welcome\, One With The Water\, and Fresh Territory.\nPeggy Lynn is recognized nationwide as a singer who puts her soul into her voice and a songwriter with a heartfelt message. Her work has been featured at the famous Bluebird Café in Nashville\, and in 1996 Peggy was selected “Adirondack Woman Of The Year.” She has released six recordings: Determination\, Chameleon\, Bio Songs\, Earned These Lines\, Close to the Sun\, and Cloudsplitter. Peggy recently co-authored a book about remarkable Adirondack women\, titled Breaking Trail\, and has released a CD of songs she has written about these women\, titled Stand a Chance. Peggy also recently released Adirondack Woman\, a CD compilation of her songs celebrating women of the Adirondack Mountains.\nDan Duggan is known nationally for his wizardry on hammered dulcimer and flat-picking guitar and is the recipient of the National Hammered Dulcimer Championship. Dan has recorded six albums of original compositions\, First Frost\, Last of May\, Seasons of Change\, Trillium Lane\, Once in a Blue Moon\, and For the Love of Friends\, as well as three albums of traditional holiday music\, Christmas Morn\, Winter’s Eve\, and All Through The Night. Dan’s CD\, The Pieces of Our Life\, original songs written with children\, received a 1998 Parents’ Choice Award. Dan’s dulcimer work can be heard on Paul Simon’s Grammy-nominated CD\, You’re The One\, released in October 2000.
