Celebrate the birth of a Syracuse legend —drummer and beloved bandleader EMANUEL WASHINGTON —on Friday, March 9th at Funk ‘n Waffles in Downtown Syracuse!! You may know E from his projects Sophistafunk, Skunk City, Frank White Experience, & Grateful for Biggie. He’s home from a 10 country tour through Europe and wants to party with YOU 
Starting off the night will be SU band Sonora, at 8pm. Followed by Sophistafunk at 9pm. Then a DJ dance party!! Festivities will be aided by our friends The HomeGrower’s Championship, who will have their own special merch table for goodies and giveaways.
