Life’s Journey traces the arc of a human life shaped by experience, struggle, connection, and hope. Through a genre-spanning choral program, the concert follows the path from belonging and identity, through challenge and responsibility, toward a renewed commitment to love, justice, and peace. Each work reflects what we learn by living—and how those lessons call us not inward, but outward: to build community, to act with compassion, and to imagine a more humane world together.
Featuring the music of Jennifer Lucy Cook, Sten Kállman, Brian Tate, Laufey, Marianne Muglia, Susan LaBarr, Emily Drum, Mark Sirett, The Highwomen, Andrea Ramsey, Joslyn Hagan, Sleeping atv Last, Sweet Honey in the Rock, Roland Carter, and Mitch Leigh.
