Kennadee is a singer-songwriter/guitarist based out of Syracuse, NY. An Alabama native, she comes from a long line of musicians and at a very young age decidedly had similar goals and aspirations.
Primarily a vocalist and singing with an assortment of groups and ensembles, it wasn’t until a few years ago (after taking up the guitar) that she decided to pursue her dream of songwriting. “I’ve always been a singer and a writer, but playing the guitar definitely helped me bridge the gap between the two”, she recalls.
Kennadee’s music style is ‘soulful-blues’, influenced by musicians such as Susan Tedeschi, ZZ Ward, and Joss Stone…to name a few.
Today you can catch her performing throughout Central NY in Rock & Blues band called The Measure as a singer-songwriter/guitarist.
