John Lennon, if you know me you know John is my favorite musician and the Beatles, my favorite band. Last night i had the chance to catch Paul Davie at Byblos in Armory Square. Paul is a great entertainer and musician. Through out the night between songs, Paul supplied us with Beatles trivia and his own stories of his connection to the Beatles. He played some of my all time favorites from John’s solo career and The Beatles. “In My Life”, “A Day in a Life”,”No Where Man”,”Jealous Guy” and “Imagine”. On every song you could hear all of us singing every word with him. Thank you Paul for keeping the memory of a great musician and band alive. Yes, he even threw in a Tom Petty tribute as well.
