If you are as excited as I am you are going to want to mark your calendar for these shows. Funk ‘n Waffles started a run of Pearly Baker’s Trio shows, otherwise known as Monday Dead Night, and the tickets sold right out. Skunk City (Chris Eves, Emanuel Washington, Mike Spadaro, and Jay Lock) is making a come back with shows slated for May. Sophistafunk has their first hometown show in over a year on May 29th. Owner, Adam Gold, told me he hopes to return to 7 days of music by mid June. Tickets for this first run of shows go on sale April 9. Tickets to Sophistafunk will be available on April 13.
