MAYOR WALSH TO KICKOFF COUNTDOWN TO VIRTUAL TREE LIGHTING CEREMONY AS TREE ASSEMBLY BEGINS

Cumulus Media will join the Mayor to announce plan to share the 2020 tree lighting with community in spite of COVID-19 pandemic

What:                   Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh and representatives from Cumulus Media will mark the beginning of the holiday season as the foundation for the 42-foot tall Christmas tree is laid in Clinton Square. An overview of the virtual “Home for the Holidays” Tree Lighting Ceremony will be shared, featuring an online music and entertainment video holiday special and other creative digital features to be incorporated for the first time.
