420 Edition

This is the first year we can somewhat legally enjoy the holiday known as 420. There are many events going on Wednesday to support local musicians along with small businesses. If you plan it right you could hit all three of these!

The Rail Line offers a roof top view of the city and lots of free parking. The Dirty Doves, Anthony Saturno & Jamie Cunningham, perform. Doors at 6 PM.

 

Get cozy inside the Westcott Theater with some of the areas most talented musicians and a special appearance by sax queen Vanessa Collier. Tix available at the door, 7PM start.

Bead N Bone is a Reggae-Dub/Soul band formed in 2017. Led by London McDaniel. The line up is rounded out by Alina – vocals, Shawn Seals – Keys, Jabare – Bass & Eesa on Drums. BnB’s vision is to share the Groove of Life, Consciousness & Love through music

THE FRANK WHITE EXPERIENCE brings to life in a live 7 piece band the music of the Late Great Christopher “NOTORIOUS B.I.G.” Wallace in a way NEVER seen before. “IF U DON’T KNOW, NOW U KNOW”

Vanessa N. Collier is an American blues, pop rock, and neo soul saxophonist, singer and songwriter. She has been nominated for three Blues Music Awards. Her influences include the Isley Brothers, Stevie Wonder, Seal, Jill Scott, John Legend, Laura Izibor, Norah Jones, Otis Redding, Aretha Franklin, Herbie Hancock, Roy Hargrove, and Cannonball Adderley. Collier is a Selmer endorsed woodwind artist. Collier was born in Clarksville, Maryland, United States.
