It’s the Great Salt City Blues Concert. This year the show is at Middle Ages Beer Hall. There are 100 seats and lots of standing room. You can also bring your own chair.

Thursday
It’s get three gigs for one night out! Start with some dinner at Meier’s Creek Inner Harbor. Come catch some live music by Ben and Sarah 6-8 pm.
Then hit Closing Night of Jones Garage at Funk ‘n Waffles with Mr. Monkey and Pale Green Stars 8 pm.
Stay out late and catch Pat Tato and the Baked Potatoes over at Al’s playing 10 pm- 1 am.
Friday
Take it easy tonight at your favorite Irish pub, Kitty Hoynes, and enjoy acoustic rock with McArdell & Westers. 8 pm
Saturday
Root Shock w/s/g Stephen Philips promises to be a killer show at Middle Ages Beer Hall.

Spearheaded by the powerhouse vocals of Jessica Brown, the Root Shock sound is both commanding and cathartic, but never at the expense of a velvety, carefully placed jazz or neo-soul lick. Phil Grajko’s smooth vocals complement his guitar style inspired by Latin, prog, and psychedelic rock textures—often in tandem with mad keyboard genius Brian Lauri. Rounding out the band, bassist Elliot Jarvis and drummer Tyre Outerbridge make for a formidable rhythm section fluent in patterns ranging from reggae to funk to rock and maybe even metal.
