Wow! I’m still riding the high from the SAMMYs Awards Show. The music community showed up and it was a wonderful tribute to everyone recognized. The stories told, the bands, bonds and music created prove how tight this scene is.

The third F.I.R.E (Females Inspire Rock Empower) Festival highlighted women in all art forms for Women’s Day proving it’s not just another day. It is a way to lift each other up and celebrate all the local female talent around every day.

It was a good weekend. Here’s what’s up next:

Tuesday

The Maplewood Open Jam is back and the place to  be.

Wednesday

Fillmore Blues Band plays The Night Drop 7 pm.
Spring is right around the corner. Come out and enjoy some beers and blues on a Wednesday no less! Cheers

Thursday

Just Joe and Tom Chick have officially launched SNOWKEY SERENADE (Dueling Pianos) and will debut it at Middle Ages Brewing Company on March 14th. THIS A FREE SHOW!!

Start off Friday at Shaughnessy’s  with Mr. Monkey Duo. A FEMALE FRONTED 70s 80s 90s ROCK & ROLL SHOW!

Saturday

PARADE DAY also means live music all over the city all day long! Pick your  favorite route and check it all out.
