I hope you enjoyed the eclipse. April showers are here but that means May flowers are next with outdoor events right around the corner so hang tight. Here is what’s happening this week.
Thursday

Join us on April 11th for Watercolor Portraits with Dan Shanahan! In this workshop, Dan will guide students through the critical process of laying out their work by drawing and using watercolor to place lights and darks to carefully create depth. Students will learn how to identify details where needed and work loosely to finish a portrait in a limited amount of time.
Register here.
Friday

Friday night Brian Thomas & the Strikes will be at The Jugg on Teal with One Man the Band opening the night.
Saturday

The Vaporeyes boys are back! Catch the exciting reunion at Funk ‘n Waffles 8 pm.
The award-winning VAPOREYES from Syracuse, NY is a mainstay in the jam scene, but elevates their already unique live show with intricate writing, in the moment jams, and what some call charm. Back with a vengeance after a 2-year hiatus, look for VAPOREYES coming near you.
High Pines has been described as a union of smooth grooves to make the bodies move; a contemporary funk outfit for all shapes and sizes; neo-psychedelic explorers
that evolve with each performance; a fusion of jazz appreciation and rock spirit complimented by enchanting harmonies.
