A Night of Art, Dancing, and Rock & Roll
Thursday, November 5, 2026
6-9 pm | Everson Museum of Art
From revolution to Rock & Roll, American music has always been a force for change.
Join us for Rock & Roll Rebels, a one-night-only musical journey through the evolution of Rock & Roll—from its roots in African American musical traditions to the iconic artists who challenged conventions through music, fashion, and culture.
Celebrate the rebels who changed the sound of America. Come dressed as your favorite icon: Grace Jones, Prince, Janis Joplin, David Bowie, Little Richard, or your own Rock & Roll hero!
Expect a Night of:
Music & dancing with DJ Screamboat spinning Rock & Roll vinyl all night
Performances by Chrissy Bunz, Ghula Mortisse, and David BlowMe
Flash tattoos with Cordero Collective
Pop up bookshop with Love & Libros
Custom charm bar with To The Nines
Cash bar & light bites from Louise Café
Guided tours of our current exhibitions
Rock & Roll Rebels is hosted by the Everson, in collaboration with Come Out CNY.
