Submit your work to the Syracuse Area Music Awards! If you’re a Syracuse area musician and released new work in 2018, you are eligible for consideration! All submissions for the 2019 SAMMYS must be received by January 5, 2019.

Fill out the form completely.
Print.
Mail completed form and recording to:

Rules: Each artist must select which category they wish to be judged in. Entry form must be completely filled out. Entry form and recording must be received by January 5, 2019. All submissions must be in CD format. All recordings released in 2018, by artists in the Syracuse area, are eligible.
