That’s a Wrap! SAMMYS 2020

By Misse Fedele · Sunday, March 8

Wow! What a weekend. Give yourself a round of applause Syracuse. Both the Hall of Fame Dinner and The Awards Show sold out this year. There were record breaking numbers of voters for the People’s Choice categories. Then the musicians and fans “showed up in droves,” as Nick Fields put it, for the Official After Party at Wunderbar.

The entire weekend showcased the diversity and talent in our area. Everyone should be proud of themselves for showing up. Whether you were a nominee, a winner, a fan, or a supporter, this was for you. There are no losers when our creative community is winning. Congratulations to all from the Syracuse Area Music Awards.
