Day of the Show
- The live show will be on May 24, 2024, from 6 pm to 10 pm.
- The lineup of bands will be done through a random drawing.
- The backline will be provided, including a drum kit and bass and guitar cabinets. You will need to provide your own guitars, amp heads, pedals, and any ancillary drum pieces deemed necessary.
- There will be two ways to win the day! One will be a popular vote, voted onsite by old and perhaps new fans, friends and family at Sharkey’s in Liverpool. Second will be a three judge panel (TBA), so come out to show-out and impress!
- All bands will get five songs or 20 minutes to play, whichever you choose. For example, if you’re a punk band, you might be able to put five songs in a 20-minute timespan. Conversely, if you’re a jam band, you may want to spend your time concentrating on one song. Whichever you choose, plan accordingly so everyone gets their time to shine.
- The popular voting will close at the end of the final act. Votes will be tallied on-site by members of the CNYALive.com staff. The judges’ panel will begin deliberations at the end of the final act. Winners will be announced immediately after tabulations are completed.
