Re: COVID-19 Preparedness
Dear Nelson Odeon Patrons,
We are writing to give you an update on precautionary measures we are taking in light of the global spread of COVID-19 in order to insure the safety of our audience, performing artists, and our staff.
Per the recommendations of local and state authorities, all upcoming concerts at the Nelson Odeon will take place as scheduled unless we are advised otherwise. Any future cancellations will be communicated on our website and Facebook Event pages.
We ask any patron who may have been exposed to COVID-19, or is exhibiting symptoms, to please stay home. Symptoms may include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Our staff has also been advised to remain at home if they are feeling ill or if they have been exposed to COVID-19.
Restrooms and other common surfaces at the Nelson Odeon will be cleaned and disinfected before each show. Hand sanitizer and wipes will be available to the audience, staff, and artists.
We remain committed to bringing the best possible acts that we can to CNY and Madison County and look forward to this continuation while maintaining health and safety as recommended.
