The first Ridge Rocks outdoor event is the annual Bob Dylan Tribute on Thursday, May 24 at 6PM. This event is hosted by Jamie Notarthomas and includes Joanna Nix Jewett, Donna Colton, Phil Smith, Liz Friedel, Mark Westers and many more local musicians.
The restaurant will reopen with Chef Chance Bear at the helm on May 23. Friday nights music will start at 9PM in the tavern. The Lightkeepers are scheduled June 1, Grupo Pagan June 8, Phil Petroff June 15, Nick & Jay on June 22.
June 9th is the 5th Annual Bacon and Bourbon Festival 2PM-10PM. Food and drink specials accompany a long line up of local talent including Joe Whiting Band, Two Hour Delay, Mike DeLaney and the Delinquents, Salt City Chill and The Cadleys.
Ridge Rocks concert venue has many outdoor shows scheduled and more TBA. “It is an unusual and unique experience,” said Jamie Notarthomas. The tavern and adjacent decks overlook the artful landscape. The outdoor stage and surrounding areas include tables, Adirondack chairs and huge rocks built into and around the amphitheater and side stage to give visitors many seating options.
Their Tribute series kicks off May 24 with Dylan returning to Tuesdays June 26 TBA, July 24 George Harrison, August 7 Peter Gabriel and August 28 Genesis. Ridgestock is scheduled August 25 and a special Saturday series is in the works. The season will end in October with a John Lennon Tribute.
