Volunteers Needed!
For over 30 years, volunteers have planned, operated, and made the Westcott Street Cultural Fair (WSCF) a vibrant and diverse event. The WSCF features some of the best performers, food, and vendors that the Westcott neighborhood and surrounding area has to offer.
WSCF is a one-day celebration of the diversity and uniqueness of the Westcott neighborhood, with performing arts, food, service organizations and activities for all ages. The event features three music stages, two dance stages, and a kids’ stage, with shows running back-to-back on each throughout the day. Westcott and surrounding streets are lined with booths for over 120 artists, crafters and non-profit organizations. WSCF opens at 12pm with a parade down Westcott Street and performances beginning at 12:30pm.
Fair Day Volunteers Needed!
We operate successfully because of the help from over 100 volunteers from the Westcott neighborhood, Nottingham High School, and local universities! Here are some of the ways you can help out:
● Help set-up in the morning
● Kids Corner
● Help Break Down
● InfoNation Desk
● Stage Crew
Help us keep this vibrant neighborhood festival a success by lending a hand.
Plus, every volunteer gets a 2026 WSCF t-shirt to wear and keep!
Invite a friend or relative to join you on your shift! It’s easy & fun!
Volunteer to work short, convenient shifts helping in various ways.
