Deep psychedelic rocks formed primarily on the banks of the Susquehanna, Underground River is the solo project of Johnson City, NY based artist, multi-instrumentalist, and producer, Hunter Davidsohn. Hunter’s finger-picked styling and melodic intuitions lay somewhere in a Venn diagram of the early American primitivism of John Fahey, the cowboy psychedelia musings of Lee Hazlewood, and the heavy baroque stylings of the Pretty Things. https://undergroundriver.bandcamp.com
